RITUALS RITUAL OF AYURVEDA RECOVERY HAND BALM {REVIEW}

Thanks once again to my

 RITUALS
Advent Calendar 2022 for another great product find.
My absolute favourite RITUAL is the Ritual Of Ayurveda and I just
 cannot get enough of the beautiful combination of
 Indian Rose and Sweet Almond
that evoke positive feelings and boost your mood.

On the hand cream front I have reviewed previously their
Ritual Of Ayurveda Hand Lotion,
which, by the way is my favourite
hand cream of all time, so I'm hoping that this
Ritual of Ayurveda Recovery Hand balm
is just as good if not even better.

This luxurious hand balm has been specially developed to soften and
 moisturise dry hands.
Enriched with softening sweet almond oil and soothing Indian rose,
your hands will feel nourished and silky soft.
The rich and luxurious hand balm sinks in the skin easily, so you can easily
 use it at any moment of the day.

This hand balm for dry hands with 98% ingredients of natural origin is
 carefully curated to benefit your skin optimally.
The remaining 2% are clean & conscious lab-made ingredients which
support the integrity and safety of our formulations.

This is without doubt another beautiful hand cream and I would
hate to recommend this one over the Soothing Hand Balm,
so my recommendation is that you try both and then make
your own decision, as you really cannot go wrong with either.

LA PRAIRIE CELLULAR HAND CREAM #TBT REVIEW

I'm throwing it back quite a way with todays #tbt review
back to July 2018 to be exact.
This hand cream was divine and I have since had another generous
deluxe size.
I always find it interesting with my #tbt reviews to see how the
prices have changed in the different countries and as always
South Africa has the highest increase.

~~~~~~
La Prairie is a Swiss skincare brand that I had the pleasure of working with for
 several years. La Prairie is pure Luxury and they have some outstanding
 products in their line-up.
During my years with La Prairie their worldwide clientele were not only extremely
devoted and loyal to these luxurious and effective skincare products, but as you
can imagine "beauty budgets" were not a constraint when it came to purchasing.
La Prairie's Cellular Hand Cream has a very impressive list
of benefits and ingredients that focus on the 3 main areas
Hydration/Refining/Protecting
Hydrating
moisture complex includes intensive hydrators and “locking” agents to help
 bind moisture to the skin and prevent moisture loss and shea butter
helps seal in hydration.
Natural Moisturising Factors (NMF's) from a marine-derived complex
including chlorella vulgaris and seawater, help maintain
skin’s youthful look and feeling.
Refining
Marine-derived alpha hydroxy acids, including an algae extract ferment,
exfoliate gently.
Protecting
Antioxidants including vitamins C and E, green tea extract and grape seed
extract provide powerful protection from environmental damage.
Green Algae helps protect and reinforce skin’s elasticity.
Vitamin C and extracts of grape, mulberry, liquorice and scutellaria
help guard against discolouration and age spots.
This rich white cream has the typical La Prairie delicate fragrance
that can be found across all of their Cellular range of products.
I must say that this formula is neither a quick apply nor a quick absorb type
of hand cream and I find it's best suited to being applied last thing at night
 to let the intensely moisturising ingredients work their
 "La Prairie" magic overnight.
Apply a small amount and massage over your wrists, hands, fingers and cuticles.
Having used this product previously it was a delight to revisit it, via this generous sized sample.
 It's all that I remember and more, as with time my ageing hands
now appreciate the level of nourishment and comfort it offers...
even more.
This product is so much more than just a "hand cream" its a specialised
"Hand Treatment" in every sense of the word.
BY TERRY BAUME DE ROSE HAND CREAM {REVIEW}
I predict that 2022 will be a BYTERRY year here on Beauty Shout Box,
already this is the 2nd review that I've posted.
Read that review here
Thanks to my BYTERRY Beauty Advent Calendar 2021 I have plenty
more products to review and post, however if you would like to read
my previous BYTERRY product reviews
If you were not a huge fan/user of hand creams pre-covid, I'm sure you
are now, after nearly 2 years of sanitising our hands its become a necessity.
I know that I have finished several over this time and I have to say
 "there are great ones and not so great ones"
 fortunately this one today falls into the GREAT category, as do most
of the products in the Baume de Rose range...
I have been wanting to try the
 BYTERRY Baume de Rose Hand Cream
for sometime and sadly it never happened due to my facial products
 winning where the budget was concerned.
That was until I opened one of the doors on my Beauty Advent Calendar
and you can imagine my joy as it revealed a full size
Baume de Rose Hand Cream.
The iconic concentrated signature rose formula combines:
 Rose Butter
Rose Blossom Essential Wax
 Rose-hip Oil
 Black Rose Extract
 and
Pastel Rose Extract
that work together to intensively moisturise, rejuvenate and nourish dry,
cracked hands making them silky soft, smooth and supple.
The formula is also enriched in soft focus powders and corrective
optical prisms
 for smoothing, unifying and rejuvenating effects.
It can also be used to condition, strengthen and protect cuticles and nails.
This pink lightweight, yet velvety-rich formula glides on effortlessly, is quick
absorbing and leaves that all important, non-greasy finish.
 Your hands are left feeling beautifully silky soft, smooth, moisturised
 and smelling of beautiful roses...
Simply the Baume de Rose Hand Cream is pure luxury for the hands.
NUXE RÊVE DE MIEL HAND AND NAIL CREAM #TBT REVIEW
The reposting of this review, that dates back to 2017, was prompted by a purchase
this week of a NUXE Discovery Offer that contained a 30ml Rêve de Miel Hand Cream
and a full size Rêve de Miel Lip Moisturising Stick.
The offer is retailing for R175 and I found mine at Woolworths Gateway and they still
had stock, but I'm not sure how long this offer has been around, but it offers good
 value and as the set is called "Discovery offer" it enables you to try two popular products
 from this much loved French brand.
I just so happened to be looking for another hand cream, as like many of you, I'm going
through tubes of hand cream like never before and as a bonus the lip balm, which is great
as I'm always on the hunt for Lip Balms to review.
I have reviewed the NUXE Rêve de Miel Ultra Nourishing Lip Balm previously on the blog,
so now I'm keen to try the moisturising stick.
You can read my previous reviews on NUXE products by clicking on the
Pink Links at the foot of the page.
I do hope this review helps you if you are currently looking for a good hand cream and lip
balm combo, as I don't think you can go wrong with this duo pack.
*NB This post was originally written in 2017 so prices and info may have changed*
~~~~~~

If you're a lover of Honey infused products then the French skincare brand NUXE
have a range, rêve de miel that's dedicated to the benefits of this sweet
fragrant, golden gem of an ingredient derived from nature.
This ultra-nourishing collection of products both comfort and soothe
the face,body and hair
thanks to the precious oils and of course that special ingredient- honey.

For this past week I have been using a sample of their Hand & Nail Cream and its
simply divine...

This paraben free non greasy, melting, velvety cream envelopes your hands like a
 comforting soft glove.
Tested in extremely cold climates the Honey, Sunflower, 7 Precious Oils and Vitamin E
all work their magic to ensure that the hands are soothed and nourished.
If your hands need lots of TLC or even if they don't,then you can't go wrong with this
repairing and protecting hand and nail cream.

It was a pleasure to use and I feel 2 x full size purchases coming on, one for "moi"
and one as a Christmas pressie for my mother.
I think it makes a great gift, as it's one, that just keeps on giving
cos a little bit of honey... is all you need.
