RODIAL VIT C BRIGHTENING CLEANSER {MINI REVIEW}

One observation from my overseas beauty travels are that samples are quite willingly and abundantly given with purchases, whether it be in store or online and
Space NK have been, for me, the most generous.
Granted my purchases are normally decent ones, but alas the same doesn't happen
here in South Africa.
I have been trying the
Rodial Vit C Brightening Cleanser
this past week and it's been
via several samples that I was kindly given, that I'm able to do this mini review and I say "mini" as I feel this cleanser has a cumulative, ongoing effect on the skin with daily
use and it's unfair to say it's a full review after only 1 week of use.

The texture and feel of this light, cooling gel was a hit with me from the first use and it turns in to a silky luxurious foam when water is added and I'm pleased to report that a little goes a long way, as this brand leans more to premium in terms of pricing.

It's quick and easy to use:
Just gently massage into damp skin, avoiding the eye area.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
(This would be a great cleanser for those men in your life)

Ingredients are:

Vitamin C: Brightens and evens skin tone
Fruit AHAs: increases moisture absorption and gently exfoliates
Glycolic and Lactic Acid: retextures and renews skin
Blood Orange Water: antioxidant and anti-free radical to purify pores

It's an intensive, active, non-abrasive daily gel facial cleanser to improve skin texture
and brighten the complexion. Containing a complex combination of Vitamin C and exfoliating fruit AHAs, I found it to be deeply cleansing, purifying and it certainly tightens the pores.
So much so that I found that at the end of the week I had a couple of spots appear on my chin, which I haven't had for many a year, they're nothing too hectic, just the result of my pores being deeply cleansed.
I used as my morning cleanse and it's a great way to wake up the skin.

Whilst I enjoyed using this cleanser it isn't one that I would look to purchase in the future and for no other reason, than I prefer a milk/cream/balm type cleanser,
however if your skin is in need of ongoing daily deep cleansing and is dull due to
an uneven overall texture then I would highly recommend this cleanser, as its
a great multi-tasking product that couldn't be any easier to use.

This cleanser forms part of an extensive range of Brightening products, so if
brightening is your beauty focus, then Rodial have all the products you will ever need.
